Dalton Sherman is a 5th grade student who provided a tremendous keynote speech to Dallas ISD faculty and staff. He has appeared on Oprah and other talk shows. His speech is available in video format on Teachertube.com; it runs for about 10 minutes.
"The Keynote Speaker" discusses that speech, so you may want to listen to it first. This speech is religious in natures, but, as always, you need to listen to this.
